Yes, he was, but he did speak to Roger before he died. Evergreen was either killed by Sek Sau or Joel; I think it was Joel because Roger wanted him to admit it, so Liza could be released.

In Lethal, he was the prime minister or something. He was helping Derek and Raymond. When Eddy knew about it, Eddy sent Ngo Ka Nin or whoever to arrest him. I don't know who exactly killed him, but they made it seem like Yu Tze Ming hung himself.

In RKF, he was Timmy's father. Peter Lai, his brother, poisoned him.
