I don't really understand what you're asking. What I'm looking for is pairs of cousins of the same gender.

Here's an example: Let's say that Edward Mok and Ellesmere Choi in Revolving Doors of Vengeance has a sister (I'll call her E here). Elaine is their cousin. Let's say that I wanted to choose Elaine as one of my actress; it actually won't work here because even though E is a female (same gender as Elaine), E has two brothers, which means Elaine has more than one cousin here.
