No, but you have the right series!
Hint: Not Bobo or Leila. I believe because she was hit by the car, Bobo had to swim in her place (Bobo's legs are uneven, so she didn't swim well).

Theresa Fu in Aqua Heroes I think you have the wrong clues if  I remember correctly theresa had a stomachache so bobo had to swim for her. The only person that I remember got hit by a car is bobo in the last episode.
