Ok, I thought it was this series, but I hesitated...
Is it CIB Files? I'm guessing A is Wong Hei - I remember that bit, but I don't remember any female character getting stabbed (Christine Ng?).
I must sound stupid if it isn't even CIB Files...

Yes I did! I've seen the whole series, but it wasn't a series that I paid 'full' attention to, as it got quite boring in the middle and end...
Who stabbed Christine? I definitely remember the part in the office where some guy tries to kill Wong Hei.

The clues are towards the end of the series.
I think my clues are usually somewhat towards the end of the series, but I went back to look at my previous clues (for CIB Files), and I don't think the first clue was really towards the end (it was in the last episode though). I do try to put the clues in order, so the last clue should be the one that's the closest to the end or is the end of the series.
