Leila tong if its based on acting AND looks. She's really pretty and she can naturally act, not trying to be rude but most of the Hong Kong pagents had to practise real hard to get right, they weren't naturals.
And I hate to say it but Myolie Wu is a great actress but her looks aren't all that and Linda Chung is pretty however her acting can definately be improved!

i say would leila also, because of her beauty and the roles that she had played, i think she played alot of really good parts. myolie and linda aren't that bad either. but in my opinion, leila wins hands down
