Steven pretended to be a fortune teller or whatever so he could meet Ada at a temple. Ada pretended to be a maid; June Chan was pretending to be Ada. Ada and June came to Steven to have him tell them Ada's fortune by using Ada's character's name. Later, they were supposed to meet at a restaurant but people were takings things from vendors on the street, so Ada's sedan couldn't come through. Steven saw Ada's sedan from where he was in the restaurant, so he went out to try to see her. He rushed towards Ada and was able to see her, I think.

Why was Ben Wong suppose to die in Triumph Over Evil?
Answer:
He combined 2 kung fu skills together (which were warned not to be put together) to gain enough strength to save Jay Lau from her evil clan after she betrayed them. Because he combined the 2 together, he was destined to die on the following full moon. Coincidently, the next full moon was a lunar eclipse, so he didn't have to die.

As for the other PM question, only Honeybee and YingYing replied, and both were correct.
