AM: For Q2 of A Recipe for the Heart, I don't remember the scene that much anymore because I re-watched that scene a few months ago. I thought what I was thinking of that happened was something quite important for that competition.

The venue lost power, and so the curries were unheated for several minutes. While everyone waited for the power to come back on, Louis kept adding more chilli into his curry to sustain the heat and flavour, unlike Esther.
