The English name of the hospital is Grant Hill Hospital. The Chinese name is "love heart" or something like that. Any clues for question 5?

Oops! The name is "Yan Oi" Hospital. For question 5, a car ran into a parked car whick knocked Bernice's dad into a railing. He had to have surgery. He ended up dying.
