Myolie Wu was a Guest Star in Virtues of Harmony 2. She appeared in Episodes 22-25 as Mandy Yuen Ying. Myolie (Mandy) was the Manager of one of 'Ka Yan's Clients. Myolie met Nancy Sit (Yau Nim Chi), who soon discovered that Myolie was a very nice girl and wanted to pair her up with her son, Frankie Lam (Chris Kam Nin). Myolie and Frankie became closer through the collaboration of their two companies, as well as their personal time together. Frankie also taught Myolie how to bike ride. I also remember that when he taught her how to bike ride, his nosy family spyed on them, and Myolie also fell over, injuring herself... As the days went by, Myolie then began to develop feelings for Frankie, but Frankie did not return the favour......... After finding out that Frankie only had feelings for Bernice Liu (Joey Wong Yee), Myolie decided to end her love for him, and returned to America, leaving Nancy and the Kam Family, feeling very unhappy.........
I hope that can help you, babysugargirl. And by the way, i think you should distinguish between Virtues of Harmony and Virtues of Harmony 2.
hey I was watching The Last Breakthrough and there is this subtheme that idk the tittle or artist of.
Its in english and it goes... "If you wonder off too far, my love will get you home. If you follow the wrong star, my love will get you home...." Does anyone know the tittle and/or who its by?
I don't think Roger had an English name in Greed Mask. I don't think he had one in To Get Unstuck in Time either, but many people called him Morning Sir.
I don't think Lai Lok Yi had an English name in Dreams of Colors.
I believe Hawick's English name in My Family was Freeman.
Hey, Linly, i haven't actually watched Dicey Business (stuck in school work), but if i'm correct, you are talking about Leanne Li:
So, is it her? Here's some info on here: She won Miss Chinese International in 2005, and was born on the 25th November, 1984, and was raised in Canada. She also appeared in Love Guaranteed as Melissa Ng's assisant.
Well, i'm going to get The Conquest soon, and i was a little interested in Sonija Kwok's Character "Xi Shi" and the other 3 from the Four Beauties. So i did some research and i got to know a little more about Chinese History...
Anyway, about Sonija's "Xi Shi" in The Conquest, what happened to her in the End? Because there's actually 3 different sides to her ending, so i was just wondering.
in rentless justice... what the ending? or how many eps. are there? my mom bought the whole series from her friend.. and i watch till the last eps., 14.. then the last sceen was Hawick Lau's wife finding out that he has this illness.. and that was it? i dont know its the end cause it doesnt make sense..
I have a question: In the Brink of Law... Yoyo Chen is not Ha Yu's daughter right? How is that? Are Ha Yu and Mary Hon, Steven's real parents? I'm confused..
AM: I believe Yoyo is Mary's daughter and Steven is Ha Yu's son. Yoyo is NOT Ha Yu's daughter and Steven is NOT Mary's son. After Ha Yu's wife (Steven's mother) died, he married Mary, who already has a daughter, Yoyo.
Thanks honeybee!I just finished the series! A little disappointed...
I shouldn't be saying this here, but i have to admit that the way that EVERY death scene is filmed is so weird.. and the Music that is played everytime some dies, does not suit. Also, i would like to say that 3 of the death scenes took place in the morgue, which i didn't like... :(
Anyway, i have another question:
Out of the Four Armed Reaction Series, I've only seent the First 2... And from what i remember, Akina Hong played a Villain in both series.
Recently i read a review for AR3-4, and found out that Ha Yu is paired with Akina Hong.. Is Akina Hong playing the same character, a different character or am i delusional?
I don't think it's the same character, but I think she did use the same name, Sum. I watched a little bit of AR 2 awhile back and noticed that she used the same name.
Did Anne Heung have a brother in the Legendary Four Aces?? Was it Gordon Lau??
In Dance of Passion, did anyone notice Rachel Kan's face in the ending episodes?? In episodes 28-30, he face was absolutely normal... Then in episode 31, her face suddenly had many scars, which I don't think was explained... Did I miss something in the series??
I think Anne did have an older brother in Legendary of the Four Aces, but I don't think it's Gordon. I think it was Law Mong, but I'm not very sure about this.
1) I wathced Secret of the Heart at a very young age, so I don't remember much. Sunny Chan is Paul Chun's Son, and Nick Cheung is Kathy/Amy's Father's Child? How is that? I know Paul raped her Suet Nei (Am I right?) Does Paul have any other children, Melissa Ng?
2) In Country Spirit, which character did Winnie Yeung play? I actually don't remember her being in the series? Was she linked with Joe Ma?
3) In Slim Chances, who played Rain Lau and Joe Cheng's Father?
Well, I'm not sure either, but this is what I think.
1. Yes, Sunny is Paul's son. Yes, Nick is the child of Amy's/Kathy's father, so Amy/Kathy/Nick share the same parents and Sunny/Amy/Kathy/Nick share the same mother.
Suet Nei was raped by Paul, then she was pregnant and had Sunny. I guess later she got pregnant with her husband and had Nick.
I believe Paul does have other children. Melissa was one and Lam Kei Yan (What's her name? Is it Josephine?) was the other. I think he only had those two daughters and there's Sunny.
2. I believe Winnie was a rich girl. She had an arranged marriage with Joe, but Joe didn't want to have an arranged marriage so he didn't marry her (I think that was around the beginning of the series). Towards the middle/end of the series, something happened to her family. She became poor, so Joe's family let her stay at their place and work for them.
3. I think their father was Yu Tze Ming (You know who that is, right?).
Yes, Lam Kei Yan is Josephine Lam... And, no, I don't know who Yu Tze Ming is, though I've heard you mention his name before. So, has he been in other series? Is that Old Man in Gods of Honour (The guy who tried to fish with a straight rod)?
In the Driving Power, the Scene where Adam pulled Joyce to the marriage place (What's the name again?) and wanted to marry her, but the place was closed. Didn't they say that Hongkong banned polygamous marriages, and then Cecilia said something, and later they got married... What did Cecilia say? How did they get married if polygamous marriages were against the Law?
I'm not sure about this, but I think Cecilia said something like having a wedding banquet. Because they did this within that day (meaning the banning of polygamous marriage wasn't effective until the next day or something), Adam was still able to marry Joyce.
I'm looking for the chinese/english title of a song by Andy Lau... It's a pretty old song... probably 20 years... (I think)... Not sure if he was the original singer for this song.
Recently, it was sang at a concert by Raymond Lam and Bernice Liu (Anne Heung, Shirley Yeung and Patrick Tang were also singers at the concert - sorry I don't know the concert's name)...
Here are some lyrics (I wrote these myself, so please don't laugh, since the spelling is probably all wrong) :)
Beginning of the song: Yu ho ming joi... san yat hei jau gwoh tek yat ji... Yin joi sing hau ngoh tok han yu ho yeung sam sing yat yat gong nei si/ji...
Another part of the song: Yau nei yau ngoh yau sing yau seng/sang yau se yau yi...
I know the vietnamese title of this song is Tinh Nhat Phai (Which means Love that faded away...)
During the Awards Ceremony last year at the TVB 39th Anniversary...
Before Roger announced the Best Actress Award, he has a small talk about the nominees...
In the small speech, Roger mentioned that he had been close to all the nominees.. He mentioned that he had played the boyfriend of Charmaine and Myolie - Which is from Glittering Days/A Herbalist Affair and Scavenger's Paradise...
He also said that he played Ada's Husband, which I know is ATE2. But he mentions that he had played Sheren's boyrfriend, and on another occassion, he played her brother... Which series are these? Roger also said that he had played Gigi's Boyfriend also... What series is that?
Are they from TVB series, or other tv stations or movies?
I think I remember seeing them as a couple in a series, but I don't know what it's called. As for the series that they acted as siblings, I have no idea.
