Some series I like are Cold Blood Warm Heart, Eternal Happiness, Legend of the Condor Heroes '94, and Detective Investigation Files 1-3 (especially the third part). Some classic series I like are Heaven Sword and Dragon Saber (Tony Leung version), Legend of the Condor Heroes (Felix Wong version), New Adventures of Chor Lau Heung (starring Michael Miu). Others I like are Into Thin Air, Safe Guards, The Charm Beneath, Ten Brothers, Forensic Heroes, Better Halves, etc.
I've asked a question about Secret of the Heart before, but there's a prat that I still don't understand:
-Sunny is Older than Nick, right?
-If Nick was Suet Nei's Son with her husband, why did she give him to Paul? And did Paul know Sunny was his son from the start or found out later in the series? (Same with Nick).
Okay, I just finished the Drive of Life... and I would like to know which episode did Myolie Wu and William Feng Shao Feng get married?? Because for some reason, I can't find it!! (I have the viet-dubbed canto version).
yeah I finished tdol I think that they got married before micahel miu proposed to sheren tang.
Does anyone know what format you are suppose to use to upload videos on because I have a video I made from windows movie maker and it won't let me upload?
Does anyone know in what order did Bernice film the following series: Into Thin Air, Love Bond, Healing Hands 3?
In Road to Eternity, Louisa So played two characters, right? I really don't understand why because both characters were not that minor. Couldn't they find another person to play the other character?
Yeah, she does play 2 characters, though I only remember one of them - Derek's wife. The same thing happened in Journey to the West 2. She plays Joe Ma's Mother and the Sea Empress.
Healing Hands III: Late 2003 - Early 2004. Love Bond - Earlier than September 2004. Into Thin Air: Late 2004 - Early 2005. -Asianfanatics, though I did the math myslef, so may not be that accuarate.
You're welcome. I just wanna ask some questions about some series that I skipped/don't remember: 1. Were Liza Wang and Melissa Ng sisters in A Matter of Customs, or were they just friends? 2. Did Mimi Chu and Joyce's 2 sisters appear in Armed Reaction 3-4? 3. Who was Maggie Cheung's Father in Better Halves? Was it Yu Yeung? 4. Did Flora Chan have a grandmother/aunt in Burning Flame 2? 5. How did Country Spirit end? I didn't actually finish this series, so that's why I'm asking. How did Sheren and Savio, the look-a-alike end things? Did they get married?
Well, I'll try to answer but probably not 100% sure.
1. Were Liza Wang and Melissa Ng sisters in A Matter of Customs, or were they just friends? I don't think they were sisters. Melissa Ng and Jade Leung were sisters. I guess they were considered friends but even if they were, I don't think they were close friends.
2. Did Mimi Chu and Joyce's 2 sisters appear in Armed Reaction 3-4? I believe Mimi and the second sister were in AR 1-4. As for Sherming, I'm sure she wasn't in AR 4, but not sure about AR 3.
3. Who was Maggie Cheung's Father in Better Halves? Was it Yu Yeung? Yes, her father was Yu Yeung.
4. Did Flora Chan have a grandmother/aunt in Burning Flame 2? Not sure
5. How did Country Spirit end? I didn't actually finish this series, so that's why I'm asking. How did Sheren and Savio, the look-a-alike end things? Did they get married? I don't really remember the ending. I'm kind of confused myself. I think it showed that Charmaine became old or something and saw (or dreamt) that Gordon came back. The rest (Paul's family) had a happy ending, I guess. As for Sheren and Savio, I don't remember. I just know that Sheren ended up with Yuen Wah, I think. I remember Savio forcing Sheren to get married with him and Yuen Wah trying to stop them from getting married by having explosives around him or something. I'm not sure what happened after that. I think there was a war or something and everyone had to run away. Anyway, I don't think Sheren and Savio got married though.
I wanted to ask about Country Spirit myself. So the look-alike was really a look-alike, right? The one at the beginning of the series really died, right?
Thanks, honeybee!! I knew Melissa had a sister in AMOC, but I thought it was Liza... Anyway, Melissa was Danny Lee's (Liza's partner) ex-wife, right?
About Country Spirit, yes, the First Savio died in the Ship accident at the beginning, and the 2nd one was a look-alike. I really don't remember much from this series, though I think I remember most of the 'important' scenes.
I keep having this scene playing in my mind, but I can't figure what series I am thinking of.
There was a wedding, and their was a relative who attended, but did not give a gift/money. The bride wanted to figure out which person was that person. I think another person was accused, but the real person ended up admitting...
Also, in My Family, did Alex try out to be a cop??
hey I was watching The Last Breakthrough and there is this subtheme that idk the tittle or artist of.
Its in english and it goes... "If you wonder off too far, my love will get you home. If you follow the wrong star, my love will get you home...." Does anyone know the tittle and/or who its by?
my love will get you home - christine glass

Current Obsession: Myolie Wu Credits: Colly - Avatar & Banner "Every story has an end, but in life every end is just a new beginning."
Honeybee: Hmm... not that I know of... The subsong is usually played in the series, or during the credits of an episode, and I can't remember one, so I guess not :)
It sounds familiar... like it's from the early 90's type of series... I can't think of anything at the moment, but something might pop in my head when I think about it later...
The TVB anniversary's approaching, so I've juat been looking back on the awards show for the previous years, and I just remembered that Sharon Chan was nominated for Best Supporting Actress in 2006 (The year Shirley Yeung won for Always Ready...) And I was wondering if anyone knew which series she was nominated for, was it Trimming Success or Welcome to the House?
YingYing: All I can think of right now (about the faking his own kidnap) is Love Guaranteed, but I don't remember if the person killed his partner or not.
YingYing: LOL, I'm glad you figured it out, without our help!
I'm sure it's not 'Glittering', because the actors/actresses in that series (Roger, Liza, Charmaine, Sharon, Halina) were nominated with the 2007 contenders... I thought about 'Lethal', but it had pretty low ratings, so I didn't think TVB would nominate her for that role...
I'm actually not quite sure which concubine you're referring to anyway. I know June Chan was also one of Moses' concubines. I don't remember Chiu Ching Yee in the series.
LOL... just realised if we got stuck on a question in one of the games, we could just ask for some help here... But I don't think anyone would answer.
In On the First Beat, was it explained where Ron's friend went? You know, his friend from the Academy? Since they were like best friends, I thought TVB would at least provide a explanation if the actor was unavailable or refused to take part...
Sorry, I can't help you with that question :) Do you actually know who the actress is? Are you just trying to find her name? Maybe you could tell us what other roles she played?
