There's so many to choose from. Here are some of mine: Michael Tong and Sonija Kwok in Family Man: I like them because they had great chemistry as enemies at the beginning, and were also very cute as a couple. I think they also look capatable, and enjoyable to watch together.
Bosco Wong and Myolie Wu in Wars of In-Laws: They were very cute and funny together. I was also enjoyable to watch how their love story progressed in the series.
Wong Hei and Maggie Cheung in Burning Flame 2: Compatable couple, lighted up the room everytime they were onscreen. They also had some funny scenes togther. But it's such a tragedy that Wong Hei died...
Roger Kwok and Jessica Hsuan in Square Pegs: It's impossoble not to like this couple. They are so cute together, so enjoable to watch their scenes.
Bosco Wong and Myolie Wu: I love them is WOIL because they really capture the atmosphere with their characters. Boscolie also makes me laugh alot and they have such good chemistry.
Benny Chen and Annie Man: In WIT, they were an adorable couple. They have a great bond in that series. I heard in real life Benny have a crush on Annie. They would make a cute couple in real life too.
Ron Ng and Ella Koon: I love their relationship in RDOV. It's so sweet. How he sang to her at the end. It's funny/romantic/sweet/and everything in between.

Flora and Moses in Family Man: so sweet how they at first always argue against each other but then later care so much
Myolie and Francis in TITS: despite their age difference.. i loved seeing how much Myolie did for Francis
Leila and Raymond in TLB: OMG ... what a cute couple... i loved how raymond love Leila for the whole time despite her rejecting him so long
Yoyo and Moses: unexpectantly, i loved their chemistry in TCB.... they were so compatible with each other... i felt so comfortable with them together... it was partly because of YOYo that Moses changed
Annie Man with Benny Chen in Whatever it takes(because they're very cute together cuz they both have baby faces)
Nick cheung With Maggie Cheung in Ups and Downs in the sea of love(because their love story in that series seems so complicated yet also cute especially how nick screws up his matchmaking plans for maggie and he ends up falling for her again and she also falling for nick again)
Bosco wong with Myolie wu in War of in-laws (because they were hillarious and cute)
Raymond Lam with Michelle Ye in Eternal Happiness (because i loved their story haha it was funny when raymond thought he was gay..lol but i also loved the thing is they like eachother not cuz appearance but by feelings
i like ron ng and ella koon in rdov, leila and ray in last breakthrough, sharon chan and kenneth ma in dreams of colors, ron and shirley in find the light and i also liked nicola cheung and nicholas tse in aiming high.
yup.... i liked kenneth and sharon in dream of colors and kenneth with bernice in into thin air...
hm.. i've got to say that Raymond is by far the only one i can think now that has chemistry with almost if not every single costar he's paired up with: Michelle, Myolie, tavia, Leila, Rain, Melissa, Charmaine....all of his series with whichever actress makes a great couple [at least in my opinion]
