How many hours is oversleeping?

Regularly sleeping more than what is advised for your age is known as oversleeping. For most adults, healthy sleep ranges between 7 and 9 hours per night. Oversleeping might be defined as regularly getting more than nine or ten hours of sleep and yet feeling exhausted. It's natural to occasionally sleep longer to make up for sleep debt, but prolonged sleep regularly might indicate conditions like melancholy, sleep apnea, hypothyroidism, or chronic fatigue syndrome. You may also spend more time in bed if you have poor-quality sleep. It's crucial to seek medical help if extreme drowsiness continues. Doctors may give modvigil 200 to treat certain problems in order to increase wakefulness.
