For number 9, at the end charmaine didnt' end up with sunny, and louis (fei) ends up with Anne(chin chin).  At the end, louis was at a bar and hearing the phone with Sunny (i think) and he later saw sunny with jessica so i guess he assumes that they end up together.  Because louis chose anne instead of jessica.  So he felt bad.
