Joey Leung - Bobby encouraged Joey's father to keep working and earn all his money back so that he could walk into his restaurant and order "real" food instead of eating his leftovers in the trash. Joey's father promised to come back to the restaurant but when he did, Bobby was already gone. Joey's father told Joey to repay Bobby for him and Joey went to find Maggie and Louis because he read Maggie's article about the "master of cooking" (and she thought that Louis was the one).

joey leung is somewhat rich..he's here to repay bobby for helping his dad when he dad experienced finanical problems.
bobby yelled at him and that encouraged joey's dad to work hard and got the business running again.
also joey was the one who told maggie cheung that louis couldnt have been that chef
